Real Estate & Loan Signings in Atlanta

As an NNA-certified signing agent I handle refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage, purchase and seller packages for title companies, lenders and private parties.

I print packages, walk signers through each page without giving legal advice, check every signature and initial, and return documents on time. In Georgia, real estate closings must be conducted by a licensed attorney; I serve as the signing agent and notary when the attorney or title company assigns that role.

Pricing

Mobile appointments start at $20, including travel in the primary area and one notarized signature. Extra signatures, signers and mileage are quoted before the appointment.
